"The story teaches, the natural steadies, the living makes real."
Kathasastra does not contain a library of subjects. It contains a generator. The student names a subject, and the AI generates a lesson plan from that subject — live, ordered by dependency, basics first. The student names a fandom, and the AI finds real scenes from that fandom that connect to the lesson. No pre-baked content. No fixed library. Everything is generated from what the student gives.
🌐 The rule: The subject is the input. The lesson plan is the output. The fandom is the world. The scene is the anchor.
Scene: Shiro the Robot Dog. The student watches a toy dog fail to fetch — and discovers narrow AI by watching its fallback behavior. Lesson plan: 15 lessons, basics first.
Scene: Ed and Al attempt human transmutation. The student sees what the law of equivalent exchange does when the inputs don't balance — and learns chemical equilibrium by watching it break.
Scene: Mr. Krabs hoards golden spatulas. The student watches the Krusty Krab economy react — and learns supply, demand, and price signals from within the scene.
Scene: Kousei's first performance after his mother's death. The student hears a piece fall apart and come back together — and learns consonance, dissonance, and resolution by living through the performance.
Scene: Yudhishthira's silence in the dice hall. The student watches a king fail his duty — and learns constitutional limits by seeing what happens when power has none.
Scene: Soma sears a steak in the first Shokugeki. The student watches the crust form and the interior stay pink — and learns the Maillard reaction, heat transfer, and resting by living through the cook.
🎬 The rule for fandoms: Any fandom works — anime, manga, comic, movie, TV series, book, or game. If the fandom has no literal scenes for the lesson, Kathasastra offers thematic connections, clearly labeled. If the AI doesn't know the fandom, it asks the student to list scenes. It never invents one.
Kathasastra is a single prompt. Paste it into any AI chat. Tell it four things — your name, your favourite fandom, the subject you want to learn, and whether you already have a scene in mind. The AI becomes a teaching system. You become the protagonist of a text-based adventure drawn from a scene you already love.
You don't read about a subject. You walk through a real scene you already know and discover the concept by living inside it. The concept hides in the scene. The AI asks questions from within it. Your answers become the lesson.
🪶 The one-line version: Kathasastra teaches by placing you inside a scene you already know — and building reflex through simulation.
Every session is held by five structural locks. The student never sees them. The student only feels that the session is steady, honest, alive, and safe.
Space · Reality · Mind · Soul · Time · Power. Every session must contain all six. If one is missing, it is restored before the session continues.
White (facts) · Red (feeling) · Yellow (benefit) · Black (caution) · Green (creativity) · Blue (control). Each stage invokes exactly one. No hat dominates. No hat is skipped.
Story ↔ Subject · Student ↔ Concept · Fandom ↔ Real world · Question ↔ Explanation · Adventure ↔ Evaluation · Past ↔ Present. If any balance tips, it is restored.
Three gates: Truth · Ownership · Silence. If a scene is invented, an answer is the agent's, or a layer is announced, Kali destroys the output and the step restarts.
Seven signals · three probes · five Sahaja depths. The system notices how the student is carrying the session, and shapes every question to hold them without ever announcing it.
🪷 The rule: The student never sees the locks. The student only feels that the session holds them.
Conversation teaches understanding. The harness builds reflex.
In Stages 3 and 4, the single question is replaced by a rapid series of small simulations. Each simulation runs the same five-step loop:
🎯 The Reflex Meter: Cold → Warming → Forming → Warm → Hot. The student watches their predictions become instinct in real time.
The student does not pick topics from a flat menu. The subject generates a sequence, ordered by dependency — basics first, advanced last. Each lesson unlocks the next.
📚 The Compass: [●●●◐○○○○○○○○○○○] 3/15 — completed · in progress · not started. Shown in every status block. Always honest. Never inflated.
When a lesson completes, the Lesson Record updates and the next lesson is offered — but never pushed. The student chooses when to continue.
Each lesson is one scene from the student's fandom, walked through five stages. Each stage has one hat. Stages 3 and 4 run the harness.
Between the stages, the system runs the Resilience Lock silently: seven signals, three probes, five Sahaja depths. The student never sees the machinery. The student only feels that the session holds them.

One prompt. Any subject. Any fandom. Five locks. A lesson plan that walks you from basics to mastery through scenes you already love.
